Easyship is a global multi-carrier shipping software platform trusted by over 100,000 brands, providing access to 550+ courier services across 200+ destinations. The company operates eBay's International Returns programme and is seeking a Resale Merchandiser to own the resale of returned inventory, turning returns into revenue.
In this role, you will assess, grade, and triage returned items to determine the optimal resale route for each unit. You'll set pricing and resale strategy to maximize recovery value while balancing speed of sale against margin. You'll list and present items across resale channels with accurate titles, photos, descriptions, and categorization. Managing stock flow is critical—you'll keep aging inventory low, clear slow movers, and prioritize high-value units.
You'll decide between bulk liquidation and individual resale based on which approach returns the most value. You'll track key metrics including recovery rate, sell-through, inventory aging, and margin per unit, using data to continuously refine strategy. You'll collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Hub Management, Compliance, and eBay stakeholders to keep the programme running smoothly.
The role is based in London with occasional travel to Corby required. You'll report to the Head of Programs.
