Salary: USD 105,000 - 125,000 / annual

As a Reliability Success Manager, you will drive customer growth, retention, and expansion while serving as a key part of Augury's growing customer success infrastructure. You will have a direct impact on digitally transforming global enterprise organizations to achieve machine health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Join a team of Augury platform experts dedicated to helping customers drive adoption and grow their machine health solutions
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with technical project leads and maintenance/reliability stakeholders
- Identify strategic items to drive facility-level customer growth and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Corporate CSMs to ensure top-down and bottom-up customer success
- Quarterback optimal facility-level experience, including training, onboarding, IoT issue resolution, and technical problem-solving
- Interface with Product and Engineering teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback
- Establish post-implementation adoption activities to monitor customer initiative success
- Move customers through the Maturity Index by leveraging subject matter expertise to shift from reactive to proactive approaches
- Ensure fast time to first value and identify expansion/upsell opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in vibration analysis, reliability, and maintenance operations in a customer-facing capacity
- Vibration Analysis CAT II+ Certification (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
- Strong relationship-building and customer advocacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; ability to explain complex technical and vibration data to non-technical audiences
- Cross-functional collaboration mindset
- Bilingual capability a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, German, or French preferred)
- Minimal scheduled travel required
