The Relationship Manager role is pivotal to DriveWealth's strategic growth and expansion in South Korea. You will be responsible for the direct management and optimization of a portfolio of partner relationships, ensuring their commercial health, operational stability, and long-term retention throughout the post-sales lifecycle. This position translates partner management strategy into high-performance execution, balancing an uncompromising commitment to partner delight with disciplined, proactive account governance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute revenue expansion and retention strategies to contribute directly to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and gross margin expansion across your assigned partner book
- Act as a critical conduit for capturing partner voice and structured requirements, delivering data-driven feedback to the Head of Partner Management to influence product roadmap and ensure platform evolution aligns with high-value commercial opportunities
- Shape and elevate the company's approach to delivering success to the global partner base, ensuring exceptional post-sales experiences and high-touch engagement throughout the partner lifecycle
- Cultivate robust relationships with assigned partners, serving as their primary point of contact, and utilize data-driven insights to innovate and tailor solutions at scale
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, finance, product, technology, and operations to develop cohesive strategies that prioritize partner success and drive revenue growth
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships within partner organizations and prospective clients to deepen partnerships and drive strategic growth initiatives
- Establish a culture of mutual accountability between the Relationship Management team and partners, advocating for their needs while aligning with DriveWealth's vision
- Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and coordinating effectively across departments to optimize partner engagements

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management, account management, or similar customer-facing roles within the financial technology industry
- Proficiency in program management with demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and leverage new technologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management abilities with capacity to prioritize and manage multiple partner engagements concurrently
- Client-centric mindset with passion for understanding clients' organizations, priorities, and sources of value
- Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of client relationships
