Juniper Square is seeking a Fund Administration Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic partner to private markets clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery. With $300B+ under administration and 700,000+ LPs on platform, Juniper Square is the operations partner trusted by 2,300+ GPs, combining technology, data, and fund administration services.
In this role, you will maintain senior-level relationships with clients, acting as their primary advocate within Juniper Square. You'll identify and drive upsell opportunities across services, fund vehicles, and legal entities, partnering with Sales on long-term revenue expansion initiatives. You will facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring unified messaging and smooth execution across Product, Sales, CX, and Delivery teams.
Key responsibilities include leading the Client Monitoring Program for assigned accounts, conducting quarterly and annual business reviews to share performance metrics, and driving structured health assessments through regular check-ins and in-person meetings for high-revenue clients. You'll own client escalations, coordinate root cause analyses and remediation plans, and communicate timelines and outcomes to both clients and internal teams. Additionally, you'll support Fund Accounting teams during transitions, provide guidance to delivery teams, and collaborate on training programs to build relationship management capabilities.
You'll represent Juniper Square at industry events and conferences, staying current on private markets trends and best practices. This is a hybrid role with primary office presence in San Francisco, though the company operates a digital-first model across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England, with additional offices in New York City, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
Required qualifications include 12+ years of fund administration experience in private equity, commercial real estate, or venture capital with a focus on client advocacy and expansion. You must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with proven ability to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity in a hyper-growth startup environment, passionate about technology, and a strategic thinker who balances detail orientation with big-picture vision.
