Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 / annual

iCapital seeks a Vice President of Enterprise RIA Structured Investments to drive platform adoption and strategic growth across enterprise Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms. This role serves as a key strategic partner to RIA home offices, Chief Investment Officers, investment committees, and platform decision-makers, helping scale structured investment capabilities across large, complex organizations. The VP will act as a central connector between enterprise clients, internal distribution teams, national accounts partners, product specialists, and technology stakeholders. Key responsibilities include partnering with RIA leadership to support structured investment adoption; developing and executing firm-level adoption strategies across large advisor networks; serving as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and internal teams; coordinating platform initiatives, integrations, and rollout strategies; and collaborating with Sales, Product, Technology, and National Accounts teams to align platform capabilities with client needs. Additional responsibilities include driving utilization of structured investment technology tools across regional teams, identifying platform enhancements and workflow improvements, supporting enterprise presentations and RFPs, deepening existing relationships with Enterprise RIA coverage teams, and positioning structured investments within iCapital's broader platform offering. Required qualifications include 7+ years in structured investments, wealth management distribution, enterprise platforms, national accounts, or related financial services roles; strong knowledge of structured investment products and capital markets; experience with RIA home offices and institutional clients; demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives; strong presentation and relationship management skills; experience with enterprise platform solutions and technology integrations; strategic influence across large organizations; Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses; and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Existing relationships within Enterprise RIA and National Accounts channels are highly desirable.
