As Regional Vice President of Operations for the West Coast, you will lead the operational, clinical, and financial success of all infusion centers within your region. You will set and enforce standards, drive process excellence, and foster strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and regional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, leading, managing, and holding accountable Senior Regional Practice Managers and Regional Practice Managers; ensuring leadership continuity through succession planning and talent development
- Ensuring core processes are followed and implementing standardized improvements across the region
- Managing clinical and non-clinical staffing levels to meet business and patient needs
- Addressing escalated patient and referring provider concerns and feedback
- Developing high-value strategic relationships with top referring providers, regional payers, and key partners to support regional growth
- Driving profitability improvements through de novo site identification, M&A integration, and strategic projects
- Fostering a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture across the region
- Overseeing regional intake efficiency, NPS, facility and process optimization, and regional profit metrics
The role is based in California with the ability to travel to centers throughout the West Coast region.
