SiteHive is a fast-growing climate tech company transforming environmental management in construction across Australia and New Zealand. The company deploys IoT sensor devices (Hexanode) and real-time software to help major construction contractors monitor and reduce environmental impact. SiteHive was recently recognized as one of Australia's most innovative companies (AFR 2025) and one of the 50 fastest-growing (Deloitte 2025). As Regional Success Manager for Queensland, you will be the on-the-ground operational lead ensuring SiteHive's technology delivers maximum value to active construction projects across the region. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you are a critical member of the new Customer Success team, serving as the primary SiteHive point of contact for major clients. Key responsibilities include: managing relationships with active projects to drive referrals and account expansion; providing field support and training to project teams on SiteHive devices and software; troubleshooting hardware issues (power, solar, battery, connectivity) on-site; performing routine maintenance and calibration to maintain 99%+ device uptime; managing safe installation, relocation, and removal of equipment; ensuring strict compliance with site-specific health and safety protocols; and gathering actionable field insights to inform product and sales strategy. You will spend 3-4 days per week on the road visiting project sites, building relationships with project teams, and identifying expansion opportunities. This is a hands-on role requiring independence, problem-solving ability, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to solve complex client challenges. Ideal candidates have prior on-site experience in construction or environmental sectors (as Environmental Advisor, Project Engineer, Coordinator, or specialist consultant), strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication ability, a collaborative mindset, and a rigorous approach to safety and professionalism.
