ServiceNow is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales growth across the Philadelphia region. In this role, you will manage a team of Sales Executives, develop regional sales strategy in alignment with Sales Operations, and drive new business revenue while maintaining and growing the existing customer base. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and coaching a direct sales team to achieve rapid new business growth - Building and executing regional sales strategy, including competitive analysis and go-to-market planning - Actively engaging in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development - Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members to drive excellence - Developing territories and quotas while setting clear performance expectations - Managing accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting - Achieving annual sales goals on quarterly and annual bases - Engaging at C-level with customers to understand business requirements - Building effective cross-functional relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, partners, and executive leadership - Retaining and growing existing customers through regular engagement activities ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention, serving 85% of the Fortune 500. Requirements: - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - Extensive track record of new business sales success with strong presentation and negotiation skills at industry and C-level - Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams - Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas - Ownership of accurate CRM reporting including quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection - Experience driving sales processes and building effective relationships with Sales Operations - Ability to understand the broader business drivers around IT - Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships - Adaptability and effectiveness in rapidly changing environments - Strong business and financial acumen - Ability to build self-motivated sales teams that embrace collaboration and overachievement - Proven ability to champion top performers, develop and coach teams, and make appropriate talent decisions - Proven partner relationships and networks with ability to grow revenue through partner ecosystems - Ownership of pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or partners
