Salary: USD 350,000 - 420,000 / annual
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform that transforms how businesses process and understand their data. The company specializes in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features including APM, RUM, SIEM, and Kubernetes monitoring, helping customers reduce observability spend by up to 70%.
You will join as Senior Director, Enterprise Sales, reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales. This is a player-coach role focused on leading and mentoring the Enterprise Sales team while actively driving pipeline generation and closing deals in the West Region of the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the West Region in partnership with VP, Enterprise Sales
- Act as a player-coach: mentor and coach the enterprise sales team while actively prospecting and closing deals
- Proactively engage with technology and business stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP/Director of Engineering/DevOps/SRE, LoB leaders) to generate pipeline
- Deliver clear messaging and presentations articulating how the platform uniquely solves customer problems and delivers business value
- Qualify opportunities, conduct discovery, and build relationships using best practices to maximize sales productivity
- Develop and maintain territory business plans with accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
- Travel within the US to visit prospects, attend events, and conferences
- Meet prospecting, business development, and quota targets
The role is based in San Francisco, Dallas, or Boston on a hybrid schedule.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience leading an enterprise sales team with 5+ direct reports
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated ability to meet prospecting and business development goals including outbound pipeline generation
- Experience converting prospects to customers through qualification, discovery, and relationship building
- Ability to develop and maintain territory business plans with accurate forecasting
- Willingness to travel within the US to visit prospects and attend industry events
- Successful experience ramping a new sales team in a startup company (big advantage)
- Background in sales of observability, log analytics, monitoring, or APM solutions (big advantage)
- Experience selling cloud-based technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) (big advantage)
