Salary: USD 350,000 - 420,000 / annual

In this Senior Director, Enterprise Sales role, you will lead and mentor the Enterprise Sales team while driving revenue growth in the West Region of the United States. You will work closely with the Vice President of Enterprise Sales to develop regional sales strategies and act as a player-coach, taking a proactive approach with technology and business stakeholders in target markets (CTO, CIO, VP/Director of Engineering/DevOps/SRE, LoB leaders) to generate pipeline. Your responsibilities include delivering clear messaging and presentations that articulate how the platform uniquely solves customer problems and drives significant business benefits. You will develop and maintain territory business plans, deliver accurate forecasts to sales leadership, and drive prospecting and business development goals including outbound pipeline generation. You will also convert prospects to customers through qualification, discovery, relationship building, and best-practice sales processes, while traveling within the US to visit prospects and attend industry events and conferences.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience leading an enterprise sales team with more than 5 team members
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to meet prospecting and business development goals, including outbound pipeline generation
• Experience converting prospects to customers through qualification, discovery, and relationship building
• Ability to develop and maintain territory business plans with accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
• Willingness to travel within the US to visit prospects and attend events/conferences
• Experience ramping a new sales team in a startup company (big advantage)
• Experience in sales of observability, log analytics, monitoring, or APM solutions (big advantage)
• Experience in sales of cloud-based technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) (big advantage)
