Classiq Technologies is building the platform that makes quantum computing practical and impactful. The company bridges the gap between quantum hardware and real-world applications, enabling developers and enterprises to design, optimize, and deploy quantum algorithms at scale. Classiq is trusted by Fortune 500 companies and global governments.
As Classiq's first dedicated commercial leader in the Nordics, you will establish the company's leadership across one of the world's most advanced quantum ecosystems. This is a defining role that goes beyond closing enterprise deals—you will engage with government initiatives, industry partners, and leading research organizations, influence regional go-to-market strategy, and build the foundation for Classiq's long-term expansion in the Nordics.
Key responsibilities include owning the full deal lifecycle from prospecting through contract closure; navigating complex buying organizations with Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, and C-suite economic buyers; leading executive-level discovery that surfaces business problems quantum computing can address; running multi-stakeholder sales processes typically lasting 3–6 months; collaborating with product, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal teams; positioning Classiq as a long-term strategic partner; contributing to territory strategy and vertical messaging; representing Classiq at key industry events (The Economist's Commercializing Quantum, Q2B Copenhagen, Quantum.Tech Scandinavia, vertical-specific conferences); and building and maintaining an accurate pipeline with rigorous qualification discipline.
You will work in a highly agile, fast-moving startup environment at the inflection point where category invention becomes category leadership.
