Parloa is an enterprise conversational AI platform that has powered over one billion customer interactions for global brands including Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, and SAP. The company is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital.
As Regional Readiness Manager for EMEA, you will be the first dedicated enablement presence in Parloa's fastest-growing region. This is a delivery-focused role supporting the rapid expansion of the Western Europe GTM team, which has recently added BDRs across the Nordics, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy, a new Regional VP for France, partner managers, and a Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager in London.
Your core mission is to ensure global enablement programs land effectively in EMEA: on schedule, during in-region hours, and adapted to local market context. You will be the local face of GTM Enablement for EMEA sellers and the primary point of contact for EMEA field leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Run new-hire onboarding cohorts for EMEA-based GTM hires on the cadence and curriculum set by global leadership, delivering EMEA bootcamps locally in regional hours
- Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language, and regulatory context in coordination with the global team; track attendance, completion, and ramp metrics
- Execute global enablement initiatives including certifications, product launches, and methodology programs in EMEA timezone and market context
- Surface scheduling conflicts, capacity limits, and regional blockers to the global team early
- Maintain EMEA-specific content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS
- Prepare and deliver enablement components of quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership and field teams
- Own end-to-end enablement delivery for WAVE Europe and other EMEA-based programs
- Own EMEA attendee readiness and regional pre-work for company-wide moments
- Serve as first point of contact for EMEA reps and managers on enablement questions; represent enablement at EMEA sales meetings
- Keep EMEA leadership current on regional program status and escalate strategic questions to Director of Field Performance and VP of GTM Enablement
You will work closely with the Principal PM for Global Onboarding, Senior PM for Product Enablement, and EMEA field leadership. This role is designed as a delivery position—you execute against plans set by others while exercising real judgment day to day, and you escalate early when global plans and regional reality diverge.
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or closely related GTM function
- Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end, not just coordinating them
- Comfortable executing against a plan set by others while exercising real judgment day to day
- Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers
- Clear, proactive written communication across time zones with bias toward flagging problems early
- Working familiarity with enablement or LMS platforms such as Highspot, Sana, or comparable tools
- Based in or willing to relocate to London with right to work in the UK
