As Regional Partner Manager for the UK, you will report to the Director of Regional Partners UKI and own the full partner relationship lifecycle across the region. Your primary focus is building scalable routes to market with channel partners to reach customers and solve their cloud security challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and manage relationships with all regional partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner activities and escalations
- Drive regional partnering strategy to achieve jointly agreed pipeline generation, enablement, and business objectives
- Collaborate with global channel and regional field teams to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
- Lead internal enablement on partner value propositions and deliver the Wiz First Meeting Pitch to partner teams
- Develop and execute business plans with named partner accounts, including account mapping activities with both partner and Wiz sellers
- Manage the full partner lifecycle: applications, administration, reseller agreements, and compliance with Partner Rules of Engagement
- Administer deal registration workflows via Workspan integration in Salesforce, ensuring smooth partner engagement and proper deal management
- Manage regional budgets including spiff promotions and marketing alignment activities
- Provide weekly performance reports and forecasting support to leadership and supported teams
- Hold partners accountable for performance targets and service standards
You will work alongside a regional team of Wiz employees and coordinate closely with sales, technical, marketing, and legal teams to execute a successful channel strategy. The role requires building repeatable partner playbooks, standardizing processes, and sharing best practices across the organization.
