As Regional Partner Manager for MSPs/MSSPs, you will own revenue growth and pipeline acceleration across designated Managed Service Provider and MSSP accounts in North America. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Director of Channel Sales, working closely with partner sales teams, cloud architects, and product specialists focused on the service provider ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving short- and long-term ARR and pipeline targets across MSP/MSSP accounts
- Leading end-to-end partner lifecycle activities including joint go-to-market motions, co-selling, and strategic alignment with partner executives
- Collaborating with MSPs to integrate Wiz into their managed detection, compliance, and cloud governance service catalogs
- Partnering with Wiz Account Executives and the extended channel team to identify and execute co-sell opportunities
- Working with partner operations and product teams to refine multi-tenant capabilities, consumption-based billing models, and partner program incentives
- Educating and certifying partner resources on Wiz's value proposition, competitive advantages, and cloud security architecture
- Building business plans, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and managing executive briefings with key partner leadership
You will travel up to 40–50% within North America as needed. Physical location in the Central or East Region is preferred but not required.
**Requirements:**
- 8–10+ years of direct experience in partner sales, channel development, or strategic alliances, with proven focus on MSPs, MSSPs, or Global System Integrators (GSIs)
- Solid foundation in cloud and security domains
- Demonstrated success helping partners package, price, and bring managed cloud security services to market
- Consistent history of quota overachievement and predictable pipeline generation in hyper-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills to engage C-level executives (CISO/CTO/CEO) and hands-on cloud practitioners
- Fast-moving, proactive problem solver who thrives amid ambiguity and leads with authentic integrity
- Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
