FlixBus is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to manage operational topics concerning FlixBus' bus partners in Peru. Based in Lima under a hybrid working model, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with bus partners and bus stations, managing day-to-day interactions with bus operators to ensure operational continuity, and monitoring operators' adherence to company processes and standards through audits to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FlixBus procedures and protocols, monitoring and analyzing KPIs to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance partner performance and service quality. You will work cooperatively with operators to keep their platform information updated and track training processes for bus drivers. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Network Planning and Business Development to ensure seamless operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of work experience in operations, ideally in a dynamic daily environment within transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors
- Fluent Spanish and English (must-have)
- Ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility with a hands-on mentality
- Organized, independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Strong analytical skills
