Sonic Healthcare USA, a Great Place to Work certified employer, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead clinical laboratory operations in the El Paso market. This is a full-time, first-shift position with benefit eligibility.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and direction across all facilities and personnel within the Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) market. Your responsibilities include:
• Driving operational effectiveness and ensuring quality, service, revenue growth, and fiscal efficiency across all facilities
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow and retain laboratory market share
• Managing P&L performance to meet both short and long-term organizational goals
• Building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians and healthcare administrators
• Creating an environment that encourages personnel development and retention
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Overseeing multiple facilities and departments including Stat Labs, Patient Service Centers, Logistics, and various service departments
You will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and must maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to all privacy and security standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record for the past three years
• 5–10 years of medical management experience, preferably in laboratory medicine
• Demonstrated management of multiple facilities and departments
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints with minimal supervision
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in clinical laboratory or other service organizations
• Strong general operations management experience including business growth and development
