Strategy & Market Leadership: Design and own the scalable, commercial growth plan for ET products. Serve as the market expert on ET, gathering customer feedback to iterate and improve offerings. Monitor policy and regulatory developments in collaboration with the Policy team.
End-to-End Operations: Design and lead the complete operational journey, coordinating across Marketing (lead generation), Sales (account executives), Fulfilment (funnel management and launch), Operations (customizations and coaching), Learning Design (programme development), Safeguarding, Product (tech customizations), and PR/Communications.
Business Development: Scope alternative routes to market beyond apprenticeships. Own deal evaluation and implementation for adjacent ET plays that respond to market demand.
External Representation: Serve as the external face of Early Talent, speaking on panels and at industry events. Work with communications to build the ET brand within Multiverse's broader AI workforce transformation narrative.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority; strategic navigation of organizational tradeoffs
- High credibility with HR and Talent leaders; comfortable representing Multiverse externally
- Deep experience in entry-level hiring and training, ideally in Enterprise space, with understanding of challenges faced by both employers and career-starters
