As Regional Manager, you will oversee the financial health and operational success of Metropolis locations within an assigned region. This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in-office, combining financial stewardship, client relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve regional operating plans, budgets, and reforecasts
- Monitor regional financial and operational results to ensure profitability of assigned locations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through open communication and proactive problem-solving
- Address client needs including budget discrepancies, revenue optimization, and contract compliance
- Lead client satisfaction and retention initiatives, including survey feedback implementation and at-risk account recovery
- Drive new business growth through the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and onboarding
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Mentor subordinates, implement development plans, and foster a culture of professional growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple locations, stores, or properties
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget targets, developing new business, and building client relationships
- Strong financial acumen: budget management, KPI analysis, contract structures, and P&L understanding
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for conveying complex financial information to clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated negotiation experience securing contracts, retaining business, and resolving disputes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior parking industry experience
- Experience with budgeting software, Salesforce, or P&L review systems
