Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. The company's Data Center Capacity Delivery team accelerates the construction and deployment of data center infrastructure at unprecedented scale and speed to support frontier AI model training and serving. As Regional Manager for APAC, you will own end-to-end delivery across a regional portfolio of active and upcoming data center projects. You will lead a team of Senior Delivery Managers and manage relationships with developers, general contractors, and owner's representatives to move projects from deal close through floor access and operational handover as rapidly as safety permits. Key responsibilities include: leading by presence on regional sites to shape culture and drive outcomes across the portfolio; hiring, developing, and empowering Senior Delivery Managers and raising the skillset of contractors and partners; owning portfolio execution against early-floor-access and floor-access milestones; selecting and managing owner's-rep and project-management partners, with authority to replace underperformers; setting and enforcing delivery standards (schedule, quality, change control, reporting) across all projects; identifying and clearing blockers across developer, GC, and trade layers; and stepping in directly where projects need intervention. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring daily collaboration with transaction, design engineering, facility operations, commissioning, deployment, and safety teams, as well as external partners. You will serve as the executive-level interface to developers in the region and the intake point for projects from the transaction team. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of mission-critical construction delivery (data center or equivalent), with several years as owner or GC senior leader on a project campus. You should have led multi-project portfolios, understand end-to-end development (entitlements, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, handover), and have managed developer and GC relationships at the executive level. You lead through presence, communicate clearly with technical and non-specialist stakeholders, and thrive in environments where you own outcomes where processes don't yet exist.
