DOSS is an AI-native operations cloud platform for physical product businesses, enabling real-time management of procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance. The company recently raised a $55M Series B and is trusted by fast-growing consumer brands to replace spreadsheet chaos and rigid ERPs.
You will own the development and scaling of DOSS's referral partnership channel—the company's highest-conviction partnership motion. Your core responsibility is building a network of service providers who advise consumer brands, including fractional CFOs/COOs, outsourced accounting firms, 3PLs, complementary software vendors (ISVs), and CPG communities. You will source and prioritize the right firms, establish trust in DOSS, and create incentive structures (revenue share) that make referrals easy and valuable for partners.
The strategy emphasizes depth over breadth: deeply activating 10–15 priority partners rather than managing 100 low-fit introductions. You will qualify inbound referrals, hand them off to the sales team, and track conversion and attribution. You report to the VP of Business Development and collaborate closely with the Partnerships Director and Sales team on lead quality and handoff processes.
You bring 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, channel development, business development, or partner-facing sales at B2B SaaS companies. Domain expertise in the CPG/consumer-brand ecosystem or "Office of the CFO" operations software is strongly preferred. You have a proven track record of building partner-sourced pipeline and converting relationships into revenue outcomes, not just signed logos. You are comfortable navigating small service-provider firms to identify decision-makers and influencers.
Key attributes: builder mindset (you've stood up or been early in a referral/channel motion); recruiter instinct (natural relationship builder, cold outreach, long-term partner cultivation); disciplined focus (say no to low-fit partners); commercial fluency (partner-sourced pipeline, revenue share, CRM/Salesforce hygiene); cross-functional operator (collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships without bureaucracy); proactive and autonomous (self-starter who executes without hand-holding).
Compensation includes competitive salary, meaningful equity, 100% premium medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with immediate eligibility, in-office lunch 5 days/week, flexible/unlimited PTO, commuter and equipment stipends, wellness stipend, generous parental leave, and relocation assistance. Role is in-office in San Francisco.
