Salary: EUR 38,000 - 42,000 / annual
Leocare is reinventing insurance through a streamlined app and customer-centric service. We are seeking a Technical Claims Reference (IARD Insurance) at Cadre level to lead our claims operations team and ensure every customer interaction is positive and efficient.
In this role, you will own multiple dimensions of our claims operation:
**Team Development & Training**
Lead the upskilling of the claims team by designing, piloting, and delivering training programs. Provide technical support to team members and conduct evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
**Claims & Fraud Management**
Optimize processes for recourse and fraud handling. Monitor key performance indicators and supervise the operational treatment of recourse and fraud cases. Handle complex or sensitive claims files as needed, and validate settlements within defined delegation limits.
**Stakeholder Relations**
Serve as the operational point of contact for partners and risk carriers. Relay information and coordinate across internal teams.
**Process & Tool Evolution**
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business tools and processes. Participate in cross-functional projects with other departments and occasionally cover for the service manager.

**Requirements**
Minimum 10 years of claims management experience. Strong customer service orientation with active listening and problem-solving skills. Comfort with digital tools and systems. Ability to mentor and guide a team. Cadre-level employment status required.
