You will join the Claims team as a Senior Technical Claims Specialist, responsible for managing IARD (property and casualty) claims efficiently and within agreed timelines. This is a hands-on role with mentorship and process-building responsibilities as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new team members
- Conduct claims investigation and appeals review
- Participate in developing claims department processes
- Build team competencies and knowledge
- Process and triage claims declarations
- Identify and escalate high-impact claims
- Support policyholders throughout the claims lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IARD (MRH/MRI) claims management
- Strong risk analysis and strategic recommendation capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability
- Negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Full-time, permanent contract (CDI)
