Salary: USD 49,000 - 65,000 / annual

Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to ensure seamless interview experiences and manage high-volume scheduling workflows. This is a foundational individual contributor role focused on operational execution within the recruiting function, serving as a starting point for the people and recruiting career path. Key Responsibilities: - Execute high-volume interview scheduling within established SLAs - Manage interview logistics for both remote and onsite interviews, coordinating candidate and interviewer communications - Provide interview day support including rescheduling, logistics, travel, and expense management - Maintain job openings and postings in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring accuracy and compliance - Ensure ATS pipeline hygiene: stage accuracy, feedback collection, and scorecard completion - Maintain scheduling and operational excellence dashboards - Manage offer letters with attention to regional nuances and details - Provide team queue coverage, promptly picking up work and escalating blockers - Report on workload, KPIs, and SLAs, taking ownership of performance and accountability - Partner with recruiters, regional and global recruiting coordinators, and stakeholders (people business partners, coordinators, hiring managers) - Provide clear guidance and training to stakeholders with constructive feedback - Support future growth initiatives including onboarding, training delivery, and stretch projects - Identify and remove roadblocks with guidance from leaders and peers - Navigate a constantly changing environment and evolving business needs Datadog values hybrid work culture, emphasizing office collaboration while supporting work-life harmony. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree - 2–3 years of administrative work experience, OR 1 year of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role - Strong prioritization and organizational skills (scheduling, calendar management, handling urgent requests) - Sense of urgency and accuracy with highest attention to detail - Tooling fluency: Goodtime and Greenhouse experience preferred - Clear and concise written communication with candidates, interviewers, and stakeholders - Team player attitude with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively - Reliability and "can-do" attitude - Daily use of approved AI tools to automate routine tasks - Business acumen: ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Note: Datadog values people from all backgrounds and encourages applications from those passionate about technology even if not meeting all qualifications on day one.
