Abridge is an AI-powered healthcare platform founded in 2018 that transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time. The company uses generative AI and Linked Evidence technology to help healthcare providers document patient interactions more efficiently while maintaining clinical accuracy and trust. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a key operations partner to Abridge's People and Talent teams, responsible for scaling the organization by ensuring exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. You will coordinate and schedule interviews across all hiring stages, deliver thoughtful communication to candidates, and partner with hiring managers and talent teams to maintain smooth recruiting operations. In your first three months, you'll build relationships with key hiring partners, become proficient with Abridge's ATS (Ashby), and establish smooth scheduling and communication practices. By six months, you'll identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-hire and recommend system enhancements. At 12+ months, you'll own coordination workflows for high-volume recruiting across time zones, leverage data and reporting to inform decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance recruiting operations and promote diversity and inclusion. The role is hybrid, based in Abridge's Potrero Hill office in San Francisco, requiring onsite presence three days per week (typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday), with flexibility to adjust for interview hosting needs. REQUIREMENTS: - Several years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations within high-growth or tech-focused organizations - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Ashby is a plus) - Comfort with data management tools - Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities - Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage competing priorities and align multiple stakeholders - Experience using and building AI tools to optimize workflows (required) BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience generating and interpreting recruiting analytics and reports - Familiarity with remote or distributed work environments - Passion for building equitable and inclusive hiring processes
