Salary: GBP 105,000 - 145,000 / annual
Anthropic is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join the Talent team in London, focused on building exceptional teams across G&A functions (Policy, Finance, Legal, People, and related areas) throughout EMEA. This is an individual-contributor role with significant autonomy and ownership.
You will own the complete recruiting lifecycle for a portfolio of G&A roles across the EMEA region—from intake through offer and close. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and calibrate hiring standards, sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates to build diverse and competitive pipelines, running structured and rigorous interview processes that uphold Anthropic's hiring bar, and managing candidates through the process with clear communication and excellent experience at every stage. You'll collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close. You'll also use data to track pipeline health and provide insights that help hiring managers make informed decisions.

RESQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A (Policy, Finance, Legal, People) with a focus on Policy hiring
- Demonstrated ability to recruit in the UK and European market, with familiarity with local talent dynamics and employment norms
- Track record of strong stakeholder partnership—building trust quickly with hiring managers in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity; willing to flex between functions and contribute to building something new rather than running an established playbook
- Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure—owns pipeline health, not just pipeline size
- Self-starter who can work with significant autonomy while staying tightly aligned with global strategy
- Genuine connection to Anthropic's mission and understanding of why it matters in a recruiting context
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
- Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
- Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region
