Unframe is an AI-first startup helping enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications rapidly. The company has secured over $100M in TCV within 12 months and raised $100M total funding (Series B backed by Highland Europe, Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners), scaling globally with Fortune 500 customers.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role covering hiring across Product, R&D, and GTM functions. You will own searches end-to-end, from defining roles with hiring managers through sourcing, screening, and offer closure. Unlike specialized recruiters, you'll work across every function the company hires for.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the complete recruiting pipeline for Product, R&D, and GTM roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
- Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and professional networks
- Manage candidate experience from initial conversation through offer stage
- Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve processes
- Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company scales

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth tech startups with global recruitment exposure
- International recruiting experience across Product, Technical, and GTM roles
- Strong English communication skills
- Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with recruiting software: ATS platforms and AI sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent Hebrew and strong English
