In this full-cycle recruiting role, you will own end-to-end hiring across Product, R&D, and GTM functions. You'll partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and design interview processes. Your responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing through direct outreach, referrals, and network engagement; managing the complete candidate experience from initial conversation through offer stage; tracking recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement; and implementing recruiting tools and workflows as the company scales.
You'll work across every function the company hires for rather than specializing in a single area, giving you broad exposure to the organization's talent needs and growth priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth tech startups with global recruitment exposure
- International recruiting experience across Product, Technical, and GTM roles
- Strong English communication skills
- Hands-on sourcing experience with ability to engage candidates directly in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with recruiting software (ATS and AI sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in Hebrew and strong English
