As a Recruiter, you will support full-cycle hiring across technical and go-to-market teams. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, design interview processes, and execute recruiting strategies to attract world-class talent. Your responsibilities include sourcing and engaging candidates through targeted outreach and referrals, managing the candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage, and contributing to process improvements in recruiting tools and reporting as the company scales. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborate with more experienced recruiters and recruiting leadership to develop your expertise.
This is a hands-on role where you'll own recruiting searches while also helping to improve systems and processes. You'll work Monday–Friday in the McLean, VA headquarters. The role offers visibility into company-wide hiring needs and the opportunity to directly impact team composition during a critical growth phase.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience supporting technical and/or business roles (engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, finance, or corporate functions)
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates and basic recruiting processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience with recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, sourcing tools, reporting) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to relocate to McLean, VA if not currently located there
