Endeavor builds custom AI systems for mission-critical industries including manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, defense, and life sciences. The company focuses on closing the gap between AI capability and enterprise adoption, delivering systems that companies own and operate within their own infrastructure in weeks rather than months. As a Recruiter, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach through offer signature. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify and attract engineers, product leaders, and technical executives who can scale Endeavor's team. Your success will be measured both by hiring outcomes and by the quality of the candidate experience—the company emphasizes that every candidate, whether hired or not, should feel respected and informed throughout the process. You'll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent searches, maintaining organized pipelines, and sourcing candidates using fundamental recruiting techniques while continuously refining your approach. The role requires clear, personalized communication that sounds human rather than templated, and the ability to deliver difficult messages with empathy and care. Endeavor operates with a startup mentality and values transparency, ownership, and candor. You'll work in an environment where information is open by default and team members think like owners of the whole business. The company emphasizes building process proactively rather than waiting for structure to emerge, and expects team members to embrace ambiguity while maintaining strong organizational discipline. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–4 years of recruiting experience, with exposure to technical recruiting (agency or in-house) - Demonstrated empathy for candidates; ability to pick up on unspoken concerns and deliver difficult feedback with care - Solid sourcing fundamentals with a commitment to continuous improvement - Clear, warm written and verbal communication; ability to write personalized outreach - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent searches without losing candidate momentum - Comfort with ambiguity and startup pace; bias toward building process proactively - Growth mindset; openness to feedback and willingness to deepen technical knowledge
