Re:Build Manufacturing, through its Composite Resources division, is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join their aerospace and defense composite manufacturing operation in Rock Hill, SC. This role is responsible for executing quality management system processes to meet customer and industry standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include coordinating Material Review Boards to disposition suspect product, managing the document control system, tracking and completing equipment calibrations, building and reviewing customer documentation including first article inspections per AS9102 standards, collaborating with customer quality representatives, and coordinating root cause and corrective action (RCCA) initiatives with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of quality experience in regulated manufacturing, preferably aerospace, with an Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Familiarity with AS9100 requirements is essential, and Nadcap experience is strongly preferred. This position requires hands-on execution of quality processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across departments and with external customers.
