Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 / annual
Join Cylake's small, focused team building next-generation cybersecurity products from the ground up. Led by industry veterans with proven track records, you will architect, build, and deliver comprehensive testing frameworks that enable the entire development organization.
In this role, you will own the infrastructure, processes, and testing frameworks responsible for end-to-end system validation. You'll enable consistent test-driven development across the team and determine how to best leverage AI to achieve efficient and effective test coverage at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing testing infrastructure and frameworks for complex, mission-critical systems
- Building automation frameworks that empower developers to practice test-driven development
- Architecting AI-driven testing strategies for test generation, maintenance, and triage
- Managing test data, tracking, and observability to connect system signals back to test coverage
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure testing processes scale with the product
Required qualifications:
- Proven track record of large-scale system performance and reliability testing in complex environments
- Strong background in automation frameworks and enabling developer TDD practices
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to scale system testing (generation, maintenance, triage)
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust
- Expertise in test data management and tracking
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with hardware-based appliance testing
- CI/CD pipeline integration background
- Observability expertise and experience connecting system signals to test coverage
