Array is a financial innovation platform providing credit and identity monitoring tools, privacy protection, and a financial ads marketplace to digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs. The platform operates via embeddable widgets and APIs, helping customers drive revenue and engagement while empowering millions of consumers to achieve financial goals. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of products impacting millions of users. You'll collaborate with engineering squads building applications in Go, Node.js, and other stacks to maintain end-to-end quality standards. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining automated test frameworks for APIs, microservices, and user-facing features; debugging and troubleshooting issues with engineers to keep releases fast and reliable; embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to increase confidence at scale; and growing expertise in testing distributed systems, performance, and cross-environment reliability. You should have experience testing across multiple stacks (Go, Node.js, Java, C#) in fast-moving teams, with a proven track record of building automated test frameworks for production systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and securing applications at scale is essential. You'll need hands-on experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, proficiency with databases (Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB) for validating data and backend quality, and an instinct for leveraging Generative AI tools (Copilot, LLM agents) to write test cases, generate data, and accelerate coverage. This role reports to a Senior Director of Engineering and is part of a remote-first company committed to continuous improvement and experimentation.
