EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry, integrated within the broader EVERSANA commercialization platform. The Quality Analyst (QA) role is central to the software development process, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards before customer delivery.
In this position, you will design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across web applications, mobile apps, and email products. You'll analyze test results, identify and document software defects, and report findings to relevant stakeholders and development teams. Close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and project managers is essential to understand requirements, validate that software meets business and technical specifications, and provide feedback on product design and usability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing test cases to ensure software products meet quality standards and specifications
- Analyzing test results and reporting defects to stakeholders
- Identifying, tracking, and documenting software issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met
- Recommending process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies

Required qualifications: 2+ years of software testing experience in a development environment; solid understanding of testing methodologies (Agile and Waterfall); hands-on experience designing and executing test cases; proven ability to identify and report defects; experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and email products. Experience with cross-browser testing tools like Sauce Labs is a plus.
