Salary: USD 156,000 - 175,500 / annual
Discord is seeking a QA/DevOps Engineer to join the Business Systems team, responsible for automated test suite development and maintenance across Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and Salesforce platforms. This role focuses on Tosca-based regression and progression testing, with emphasis on embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and partnering with ERP Functional, Technical, and DevOps teams to ensure consistent release quality and early defect detection.
Key responsibilities include running Oracle ERP Cloud and Salesforce QA automation suites for quarterly patch upgrades end-to-end, reviewing new Oracle and SFDC release features to recommend testing improvements, and building/improving regression and progression test automation in Tosca for Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will create and maintain Tosca scripts reflecting system and process changes across GL, AP, AR, and FAH modules, lead feature enhancement reviews during quarterly patch assessment cycles, and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to trigger regression suites automatically on every release candidate build.
Additional duties include maintaining test infrastructure and environments in collaboration with DevOps and ERP Technical teams, documenting test coverage and defect trends in Jira and shared dashboards, and developing automation use cases such as FAH Process Automation, AR Regression Suite, AP Regression Suite, and Salesforce Tosca Automation.
Required qualifications include 3-5+ years of QA automation experience, hands-on Tosca experience for test suite development, experience executing automated test cycles for quarterly Oracle patch upgrades, and familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud and SFDC release feature review. You should have experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), working knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab), basic scripting capability in Python, Shell, or PowerShell, understanding of containerized test environments (Docker), and experience with Jira, test documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and SOX compliance/ITGC controls.
Preferred qualifications include Oracle Fusion certification, SaaS QA automation experience in high-growth tech, exposure to OIC or MuleSoft integration testing, Salesforce test automation frameworks (Selenium, Provar), prior AMS/managed services vendor experience, knowledge of Oracle quarterly release cycles, and infrastructure-as-code familiarity (Terraform, Ansible).
