As a Senior QA Engineer, you will drive quality across Loadsmart's logistics ecosystem. Your primary focus will be manual validation of complex edge cases and error states, ensuring continuous testing throughout the development cycle to identify issues that extend beyond standard automated happy-path scenarios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Validating features for OpenDock, YMS (Yard Management System), and SmartGate solutions
- Performing detailed manual testing of complex workflows and edge cases
- Identifying and documenting issues that automated testing may miss
- Contributing to the evolution of internal automation frameworks to scale testing capabilities
- Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure quality standards across the platform
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement of testing processes
