Composio is building infrastructure that enables AI agents to communicate with enterprise tools like GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. The company raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed and counts customers including YC companies, Wabi, Glean, and Zoom. As a QA Engineer focused on Integrations and AI Agents, you will own hands-on product quality across Composio's integrations, APIs, dashboards, and AI-agent workflows. This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys breaking complex systems, documenting failures clearly, and ensuring customers receive a reliable product. Key responsibilities include: - Building test plans and validating new features from requirements through production release - Testing integrations and APIs, verifying authentication, API behavior, permissions, webhooks, retries, pagination, rate limits, and error handling - Validating end-to-end workflows across the dashboard, SDKs, APIs, connectors, and agent workflows - Performing exploratory testing to find edge cases and usability issues not covered by standard test cases - Maintaining regression coverage for high-risk and frequently used product areas - Testing AI-native experiences, including tool-calling agents and non-deterministic workflows - Automating repeatable API, integration, and UI test cases where automation creates meaningful release confidence - Investigating production issues using logs, network traces, and API responses - Writing clear bug reports with reproduction steps, evidence, impact, and severity - Partnering with engineers and product managers to identify risks and make informed release decisions Required qualifications include strong hands-on experience testing modern web applications, APIs, or developer products; excellent exploratory testing and debugging skills; experience with functional, integration, API, end-to-end, and regression testing; experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or Bruno; comfort with browser developer tools and network traces; working knowledge of SQL; ability to write automated tests using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python; familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or pytest; understanding of CI/CD pipelines and flaky-test management; and strong ownership mentality with precise communication skills. Nice-to-have skills include experience with developer tools, SDKs, workflow automation, OAuth, webhooks, AI agents, LLM evaluation, MCP, tool-calling systems, cross-browser testing, observability tools, and establishing QA practices at early-stage companies. You must be available and responsive during Pacific Time working hours. Within your first few months, you will understand Composio's critical customer workflows, own validation for major releases, improve regression coverage, and help catch high-impact issues before customers encounter them.
