Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a QA Engineer to join the Quality Assurance team at the Warsaw R&D office. This is a hands-on testing role focused on functional checks, exploratory testing, and verifying real usage scenarios to ensure Veeam products work reliably.
In this role, you will:
- Deep dive into Veeam products, technology, and the QA profession
- Analyze software requirements and specifications
- Test one or several Veeam products through functional and exploratory approaches
- Communicate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process
- Evaluate test results and maintain the defects database

REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical education background or strong passion for technology
- 1–2 years of experience in system administration, software testing, or software development
- Strong motivation to grow professionally in software testing
- Advanced knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems
- Good understanding of networking technologies and systems (DNS, DHCP, basic network configuration)
- Curiosity and attention to detail with natural ability to identify flaws
- Open-mindedness, strong common sense, and clear logical thinking
- Fast learner with enthusiasm for interesting and challenging tasks
- English proficiency sufficient for daily communication within international teams
- Permanent presence in Poland required (applicants permanently present outside Poland will not be considered)
