Sereact is building AI-powered robotics technology that enables robots to sense, reason, and act in real-world industrial environments like warehouses and factories. We're seeking an experienced QA Engineer to own product quality across our AI robotics platform and ensure our systems meet the highest standards before reaching customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and driving the overall testing strategy, building quality into every stage of the development lifecycle, and establishing quality gates for production releases. You'll own QA processes across both hardware and software components, working at the intersection of robotics, AI, and industrial automation.
Key responsibilities include: developing and managing comprehensive testing strategies and quality metrics; designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test automation for new features; conducting functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of robotic systems; establishing systematic validation and regression testing frameworks that scale with the product; identifying gaps in test coverage and driving initiatives to close them; contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements by integrating automated testing; and advocating for quality best practices across the organization.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of professional QA engineering experience, preferably in product-focused environments, with proven track record of building and owning testing strategies. Strong proficiency in test automation tools (pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium), Python programming, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, and Linux is required. Experience with robotics systems, ROS, industrial automation, or hardware-in-the-loop testing is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related field required; Master's preferred. Fluent English required; German is a strong plus.
