The team values sustainable performance, mental health, and outcome-driven work over process theater. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of QA or test engineering experience on web or mobile products (emphasis on shipped/built work over years) - Hands-on experience writing automated tests in JavaScript or TypeScript (Playwright, Cypress, or similar) and maintaining E2E frameworks - Experience testing APIs against specifications and testing integrations across web, mobile, and portals - Experience designing and running performance tests with tools such as k6 or JMeter - Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test management, and issue tracking tools - Clear written and verbal communication skills with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders - Passion for software quality and belief that great products transform people's lives - Demonstrated passion for AI through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects - Preference for building solutions over requesting them - Confidence in thinking combined with openness to being wrong
