Bond Sports is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that provides a comprehensive operating system for recreational sports and fitness facilities. The platform helps facility owners and operators manage courts, fields, pools, gyms, and other athletic spaces—covering rentals, program management, memberships, and point-of-sale systems. As a QA Engineer, you'll join a growing QA team working alongside product managers, developers, and designers to ensure high-quality, reliable features across the B2B2C SaaS platform. Your work will directly impact thousands of users and help establish a scalable QA foundation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing and executing manual test cases across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Building and maintaining automated tests using modern frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
- Collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering pods to understand requirements and execute comprehensive test plans
- Conducting end-to-end, regression, sanity, performance, and API testing
- Reporting, tracking, and verifying bugs in Jira
- Participating in test planning, sprint reviews, and release readiness
- Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage
- Experimenting with AI-based QA tools to increase velocity and reliability
- Providing root cause analysis and technical customer support as needed
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of QA or software testing experience
- Strong manual testing methodologies and documentation practices
- Experience writing or maintaining automated test scripts (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
- REST API testing exposure (Postman)
- Basic version control (Git) and CI/CD familiarity
- Detail-oriented, organized approach to quality assurance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred experience includes AI-based testing tools, SQL/database querying, and SaaS/B2B2C product environments.
