Litmus Automation is building the data foundation that powers industrial AI, helping manufacturers access, structure, and use real-time data from machines, systems, and sensors at the edge. The company's platform enables global manufacturers and partners like Google, Microsoft, Dell, Oracle, and Mitsubishi to run operations in real time, reduce downtime, and optimize production. As QA Architect, you will own test automation and quality for Litmus Edge Manager (LEM), the platform for managing distributed edge deployments at scale. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role bridging engineering leadership and a growing international QA team. Key responsibilities include: - Design and build a modern Playwright automation framework for LEM, covering UI, API, and E2E testing - Serve as the QA coordination point between leadership and the India-based testing team, setting test scope, priority, and quality standards - Build and maintain LEM test cases in Xray, tracking automation coverage per release - Champion AI-assisted test generation tooling to produce Playwright scripts and test cases from tickets, design files, and specifications - Coordinate LEM–LE integration testing with related product teams Required qualifications: - Hands-on experience designing and building automated test frameworks using Playwright or similar modern automation framework (UI and API/E2E) - Comfortable working in Linux environments - Strong JavaScript or Java skills - Experience with BDD methodologies and practices - Proven track record coordinating with distributed QA teams - Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Xray/Jira) and CI/CD-integrated automation - Experience defining test strategy, quality standards, automation coverage, or release-readiness criteria Nice-to-have skills include AI-assisted test generation experience, Cypress background, industrial edge/IoT product testing, and hands-on Docker experience. You'll work on systems used by real customers in production with direct impact on product and company trajectory.
