PrismHR is an HR, payroll, and benefits platform serving PEOs and ASOs across the United States, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions. This QA Analyst role is unique in that your benefits and payroll domain expertise is the core product value. Rather than testing code after it's built, you will predict how the system will break before development begins by leveraging deep knowledge of how people actually use payroll and benefits products. Key responsibilities include: - Design and execute test scenarios grounded in real-world payroll and benefits workflows - Build realistic, complex test data that reflects actual use cases - Own test strategy and risk assessment for assigned projects - Report status and findings with clarity sufficient to inform release decisions - Elevate domain fluency across the entire QA team, positioning yourself as an influential technical resource - Collaborate upstream in requirements and design phases while decisions are still malleable You will work a hybrid schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with the first four hours in the Noida office and the remainder from home. The role offers clear advancement paths into Senior QA, QA automation, or QA leadership. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and domain expertise, making your influence unusually broad for a QA function. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of hands-on PEO or benefits administration experience (stated as a real requirement, not a preference) - Solid QA fundamentals: test case design, defect reporting, Agile testing practices - Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis instincts - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - PrismHR platform experience NICE TO HAVE: - Automation testing exposure - Multi-state US payroll tax knowledge - Open enrollment process expertise - HRIS or HCM platform experience
