Jam City, a leading mobile games developer, is seeking a QA Analyst to join their Montevideo studio. In this role, you will be responsible for certifying the quality of game functionalities and new integrations, supporting partners during development and testing phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed bug reports in JIRA and communicate status changes to the team
- Follow priorities from QA Lead and Product Leads to ensure deadlines are met
- Verify issue resolutions across all supported platforms and stabilize release candidates
- Collaborate with the QA team on detailed investigations of issues
- Support features as they progress from design through creation
- Execute tests for applications and systems using platforms such as TestRail

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature
- Advanced knowledge of English (conversational and written)
- Basic knowledge of the testing process
Nice to Have:
- Extensive knowledge of QA pipeline and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and/or SQL
- Passion for gaming and awareness of current trends in social/mobile gaming
- Strong desire to make positive changes for a product with a dedicated player base
