ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Public Sector Partnerships Lead to spearhead government affairs and public policy engagement across the Middle East. The company is a $11B-valued AI research and product firm founded in 2023, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia, serving millions of users and thousands of enterprises including Deutsche Telekom and Meta.
In this role, you will lead ElevenLabs' engagement with government bodies and officials across the Middle East, focusing on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing emerging regulations impacting the company, representing ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, supporting internal policy development across Legal, Safety, and Security teams, and providing strategic counsel to leadership on regional policy trends and business implications.
You'll also promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the go-to-market team, and define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
You bring 8+ years of experience in public and private sector policy roles with a focus on AI and technology. You have strong knowledge of the regional AI policy landscape and demonstrated success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes. Public policy experience across the UAE is essential. You're fluent in English and Arabic, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for briefing government officials and policymakers. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, work cross-functionally, handle ambiguity well, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
