ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Public Sector Partnerships Lead to spearhead government affairs and public policy engagement across Colombia. Reporting to the LATAM Regional Lead, you will drive regional public policy strategy, represent ElevenLabs in conversations with policymakers and stakeholders, and monitor regulatory developments impacting the company—particularly around AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, data protection, and digital rights.
Key responsibilities include: leading engagement with Colombian government bodies and officials; building and maintaining relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups; analyzing emerging regulations and advising leadership on policy trends and business implications; representing ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events; supporting internal policy development across Legal, Safety, and Security teams; promoting government adoption of ElevenLabs products in partnership with the GTM team; and defining and implementing policy campaigns that advance company objectives.
You bring 8+ years of public and private sector policy experience with a focus on AI and technology. You have strong knowledge of the regional AI policy landscape and demonstrated success in policy advocacy, influencing outcomes, and coalition building. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are fluent in English and Spanish, and have specific public policy experience in Colombia. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, work cross-functionally across organizations, handle ambiguity well, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach. You're genuinely curious about AI's future and stay current on regulation and industry trends.
