Cohere is a leading enterprise AI company building cutting-edge foundation models and end-to-end products for businesses. We are expanding our Canadian Public Sector Delivery team and seeking Public Sector Delivery Analysts to support high-stakes AI deployments for the Government of Canada.
In this hands-on delivery role, you will work alongside Engineering Program Managers, Technical Leads, and senior leadership to keep large, multi-stakeholder government programs organized, documented, and moving forward. You'll have direct client engagement from day one with a clear path toward leading engagements, and gain exposure to how frontier AI products are deployed in real, high-security environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive closure on actions, dependencies, and blockers across Cohere and client teams, partnering with EPMs and Technical Leads to ensure nothing slips.
- Lead client-facing sessions including use-case and story refinement; prepare and coordinate client meetings, capture outcomes, and progressively take on more responsibility for working-level sessions.
- Own the meeting and reporting cadence: manage agendas, scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups to ensure every forum lands on time with clear next steps.
- Build and maintain delivery artifacts including plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, use-case registers, and traceability documentation to keep engagements audit-ready and clients confident.
- Maintain a single source of truth for program documentation in the public sector document management environment.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or in-house technical delivery teams.
- Demonstrated delivery discipline: experience running RAID, action, and decision logs; refining user stories; maintaining accurate project plans on real projects.
- Client presence: ability to lead working sessions in front of clients, read the room, and communicate effectively.
- Strong written communication skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Technical fluency: comfort discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases; ability to communicate with engineers and report back accurately.
- Follow-through: closing items independently and knowing what to escalate and when.
- Eligibility for a Government of Canada security clearance.
- Based in the Ottawa area.
- University degree in Business/Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (preferred).
- Nice-to-have: High degree of French language proficiency.
