In this Process Manager role, you will oversee operational processes related to smart meter installation and switching. Your key responsibilities include:
• Managing smart meter changeover operations and maintaining all necessary information in company systems
• Working simultaneously across multiple systems daily, identifying deviations, and ensuring orders flow cleanly through the system and close correctly
• Communicating clearly and professionally with grid operators, market partners, and internal teams via email, phone, portals, and ticketing systems
• Identifying process errors, analyzing root causes, and proposing improvements; recognizing patterns and working with rules and checklists
• Maintaining oversight of multiple parallel tasks, prioritizing effectively, and ensuring regulatory compliance and internal standards are met
You will be part of a diverse, international team of 65+ nationalities working on Germany's energy transition. The role offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to work up to 30 days per year internationally (Workflex). The modern Berlin-Friedrichshain office includes standing desks, recreational facilities, and a collaborative startup culture within an established business.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High affinity for digital systems and comfort working with multiple tools and interfaces simultaneously
• Structured, analytical, and precise work style; preference for clean data and logical processes
• Pattern recognition ability; comfort with systematic workflows, rules, and checklists
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills; ability to manage many parallel processes calmly
• Self-organized, solution-oriented, and independent work approach
• Clear communication skills (internal and external); proactive information-seeking
• Willingness to learn complex energy industry and market processes
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
