Forus is an AI-powered network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma companies to accelerate patient access to new medicines. The platform automates the complexity between prescription and treatment initiation—handling insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain logistics—offered free to doctors and patients. The company has raised $160M+ and partners with 5 of the 10 largest biopharma companies globally, supporting patients across 80%+ of US ZIP codes. As Provider Strategy Lead, you will own end-to-end engagements with major medical groups, health systems, and provider organizations. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy, product definition, and partnership leadership. You will work directly with provider executives and Forus leadership to identify high-impact problems, define products and programs to solve them, and drive initiatives from initial strategy through launch, expansion, and scale. Key responsibilities include: owning a portfolio of critical provider partnerships and their long-term success; identifying high-value problems across provider organizations and developing product/program theses; translating ambiguous opportunities into product and operating strategies with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams; leading zero-to-one initiatives with measurement and scaling; building trusted relationships across executive, clinical, operational, technology, and compliance functions; developing business cases and investment recommendations; and translating learnings into broader product direction and provider-network strategy. You will operate with high autonomy and responsibility, expected to "act like an owner." The role demands structured problem-solving, executive engagement, commercial instincts, and the ability to move quickly and find shortcuts. You should be comfortable with data, SQL, and low-code tools. Strong written and verbal communication is essential for both internal debates and external relationships. The company values resourceful optimism, direct communication, high execution standards, and user-centric thinking.
