Nourish is a venture-backed digital health platform and the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. The company recently raised a $100M Series C (total funding $215M) and operates an AI-native system connecting patients with 10,000+ registered dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. With millions of completed appointments, partnerships across 250+ health systems covering 200M+ Americans, and year-over-year tripling growth, Nourish is transforming how Americans access metabolic and chronic disease care. As a Provider Partnerships Associate (Territory Sales), you will drive growth of Nourish's provider network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding healthcare providers—including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical professionals—into the Nourish platform. You'll own a geographic territory and be responsible for building relationships with providers, health systems, and clinical networks to expand Nourish's reach and capacity. Key responsibilities include: prospecting and outreach to providers and health systems in your territory; conducting discovery calls and presentations to explain Nourish's model and value proposition; managing the provider onboarding process from initial interest through credentialing and go-live; collaborating with clinical operations and product teams to address provider needs and feedback; tracking pipeline metrics and reporting on territory performance; and identifying expansion opportunities within existing provider relationships. You'll work in a high-growth, mission-driven environment where talent density and execution excellence are core values. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, resilience, and a genuine commitment to improving healthcare outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales or business development career who wants to make an impact in healthtech while building foundational skills in enterprise relationship management and territory ownership.
