Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, an AI-native digital health system that matches patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, the company has completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems. In 2026, Nourish raised a $100M Series C (total funding $215M) led by Menlo Ventures with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners. As a Provider Partnerships Associate (Territory Sales), you will drive growth of Nourish's provider network in your assigned territory. This role sits at the intersection of business development and sales, focusing on recruiting and onboarding healthcare providers (physicians, dietitians, and other practitioners) to expand Nourish's care delivery capacity. You will identify high-potential provider prospects, build relationships with practice leaders and health systems, negotiate partnership terms, and support the onboarding process to ensure successful integration into the Nourish platform. Key responsibilities include: prospecting and qualifying provider leads within your territory; conducting discovery calls and presentations to articulate Nourish's value proposition; managing the sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution; collaborating with clinical operations and product teams to address provider needs; tracking pipeline metrics and reporting on territory performance; and identifying market trends and competitive dynamics that inform strategy. The ideal candidate is energized by direct sales, comfortable with ambiguity and rejection, and genuinely motivated by the mission of improving healthcare delivery. You should have strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build trust quickly with healthcare professionals. Prior healthcare sales, provider relations, or business development experience is valued but not required if you demonstrate sales acumen and healthcare passion.
